i am currently obsessed with this jacket. 

so much so that i am seriously contemplating driving 42 miles through rush hour traffic to get it. 

it’s looking like it fits all the requirements that i am looking for in a spring denim jacket - unstructured look (the last denim jacket i bought in 2008 came with a stiff, boxy shoulder frame)…”worn-in” wash…lightweight (this almost looks like a cotton shirt - i like how the sleeves look easy to roll up without looking bulky).

i imagine myself wearing this with many a long flowy skirts and flip flops.

A second life for Gerber snack containers courtesy of funky tape. Plus they make nice stacking toys when kiddo is bored.

Today is the first day in a new adventure for our family.

We begin the remodeling of our house.  When all is said and done, we will be living in a new county, a new town, a new house. All our own. 

First step: getting survey of the house. Our house is old and original survey was lost many moons ago.  As I type, they are surveying the house.
